After more than two years of dreaming, searching, planning, and waiting for the right space, I am so excited to finally share that Blackbird Creator Studio is officially open!
Located in downtown Parksville, Blackbird Creator Studio is a bright, natural light creative space designed for connection, creativity, and bringing ideas to life.
This space has been in the works for a long time. I knew I wanted to create something that felt welcoming, inspiring, and versatile—a space where photographers, content creators, business owners, and fellow creatives could come together and create.
Why I created Blackbird Creator Studio
One of the biggest reasons I brought this dream to life is because there are so few studio options available for creatives on Central Vancouver Island.
As a photographer and creative myself, I know how valuable it is to have access to a beautiful, functional space that allows you to bring your ideas to life—especially when you can't rely on the weather or need a private, professional space to create.
I wanted to create something that was more than just a photography studio. I wanted Blackbird Creator Studio to be a space that could adapt to your ideas, your business, and your creativity.
A place for connection. A place for collaboration. A place for creativity.
And after more than two years of searching for the right space to make this happen, I am so excited to finally open the doors.
