Some clients have a fully-formed vision when they reach out, others show up with a few screenshots and a scattered Pinterest board. Either way, we'll figure it out together and leave you feeling confident, prepared, and ready to rock ahead of shoot day.

The flow of things…

While every shoot is highly customized, here’s a bit about how our experience together will be structured.

  • Reach out and tell me about your business. I'll send over package options and we'll book a discovery call to chat through your goals, ideas, and what you're hoping to create.

  • We'll dive into your brand, brainstorm concepts, explore location options, and choose the package that feels like the best fit. Once you've selected your date, location, and package, I'll send over your contract and invoice to officially reserve your spot.

  • This is where the fun begins. I'll create a custom inspiration board and send over my Brand Shoot Prep Guide to help you plan outfits, props, content ideas, and all the little details that bring a shoot to life. We'll stay in touch leading up to your session and hop on another call if needed.

  • Shoot day arrives. We meet, get settled, groove to a good playlist, and create. I'll offer cues and gentle guidance so you never have to wonder what to do, where to stand, or how to pose. Your only job is to show up.

  • Within 1-2 business days, you'll receive a sneak peek gallery, because let’s be real… waiting is hard! Shortly after, I'll send your proof gallery where you'll select your favourites. Your final edited images will be delivered within two weeks of your selections, ready to be shared with the world.

  • Every business has different needs, which is why I offer a variety of packages ranging from seasonal mini sessions to fully customized brand photography experiences.

    Whether you're looking for a quick refresh or a larger content library to support launches, marketing campaigns, and ongoing content creation, we'll find an option that feels like the right fit.

  • This depends on what we're creating together.

    Mini Sessions are designed to be quick and efficient, while full brand shoots can range from one hour to several hours depending on your goals, locations, outfit changes, products, team members, and content needs.

    During our discovery call, we'll chat about your vision and determine exactly how much time we'll need.

  • Not a problem at all.

    Many of my clients work from home, offer services remotely, or simply don't have a physical location.

    We can photograph your session in a variety of spaces, including:

    • The Creator Studio in Parksville

    • A beautifully styled rental home

    • A local café or community space

    • An outdoor Vancouver Island location

    • Your home office or workspace

    • A location that reflects your brand and personality

    Together, we'll find a setting that feels authentic to your business.

  • I photograph businesses throughout Vancouver Island and beyond.

    Many sessions take place at your place of business, but we can also meet at The Creator Studio, a rented location, an outdoor setting, or another mutually agreed-upon space that aligns with your brand.

    Travel throughout Vancouver Island is available, though additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

  • First of all, you're not alone! Most people tell me this before their session.

    My job isn't to expect you to know how to pose or magically feel comfortable the moment the camera comes out. I'll guide you through the entire experience with prompts, direction, encouragement, and plenty of reassurance along the way. The goal is to create photos that feel natural, professional, and true to you.

  • After booking, you'll receive my Brand Shoot Prep Guide along with a custom inspiration board to help you plan outfits, props, and styling.

    I always recommend choosing pieces that feel aligned with your brand, comfortable to wear, and reflective of how you'd like clients to experience your business.

    We'll work through all of that together before shoot day!

  • The short answer: anything that helps tell your brand story! This might include your products, tools of the trade, packaging, laptop, notebooks, branded materials, favourite coffee mug, or anything else that plays a role in your day-to-day business.

    Don't worry if you're not sure where to start. Before your session, we'll chat through your business, goals, and content needs, and I'll help you identify props, products, and details that will photograph beautifully and support the story we're telling.

  • Absolutely! Product photography is one of my specialties.

    Whether you need clean product imagery, lifestyle photography, flat lays, behind-the-scenes process shots, or content that helps customers envision your products in everyday life, we'll create images that feel thoughtful, elevated, and aligned with your brand.

  • If you'd like a little extra support getting camera-ready, I have connections with talented local hair and makeup artists across Vancouver Island and would be happy to share recommendations or help coordinate services for your shoot.

    Just let me know during the planning process, as availability can be limited and advance booking is recommended. Hair and makeup services are available for an additional fee
